At Occasionally Outdoors, we believe you don’t need to be a extreme mountaineer or live off the grid to love the outdoors. Whether you’re heading out on a multi-day backcountry camping trip, spending a Saturday morning by the lake with a fishing rod, or simply gathering around a backyard fire pit with family—getting outside is about the experience, the memories, and the fresh air.
We are a Canadian family-owned outdoor brand based in Ontario, dedicated to making quality apparel, comfortable gear available to everyone and sharing authentic stories about life out in nature.
Our Story
Occasionally Outdoors started with a simple idea: Teaching my son that starting a YouTube channel is not just getting infront of a camera, doing goofy things and getting a million view that for every 15 minutes of content usually means hours of work. It than morphed into capturing the genuine, unscripted moments that happen whenever we step away from the screen and into the woods.
What began as documenting family weekend trips, hiking trails, and seasonal adventures quickly grew into a community of like-minded outdoor enthusiasts. We wanted gear that felt good to wear at the campsite, looked great back in town, and held up to Canadian weather.
Today, we pair our passion for the outdoors with functional merchandise—from warm beanies and cozy hoodies to durable trail gear—designed for anyone who finds their peace outside.
